1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using UNIINCN as a guest, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us at support@uniincn.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from More → Account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our content.
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls or trial limits.
- Do not use the app to harass others or to break the law.
5. Content & intellectual property
All practice questions, explanations, and study materials are owned by UNIINCN or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own study while your account is active.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Some CSCA features are paid. Pricing, billing cycle, and refund terms are shown at the point of purchase. App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by their respective store policies.
7. Disclaimers
UNIINCN is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes. Study results depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, UNIINCN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features. We will notify you of material changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
